Project Context
Located in the Le Coudray-Montceaux and Corbeil-Essonnes regions, 50km south of Paris, the Paris 1 Data Center campus will provide up to 84MW of critical IT load across three large-scale facilities, with the first delivering 36MW. Spanning approximately 14.4 hectares (35.5 acres), the strategically selected site is close to key digital infrastructure and benefits from power reserved for day-one deployment, making it well suited to hyperscale growth.
Designed as a hyperscale campus, Paris 1 will support high-density deployments through highly efficient cooling technologies, leveraging advanced power and cooling concepts developed across NTT’s global platform. The campus will form NTT’s entry point into the Paris market and completes its presence across the major FLAP Tier 1 hubs in Europe, complementing existing sites in Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam. Working closely with local municipalities and partners, the development emphasizes scalability, energy efficiency and long-term support for cloud, AI and enterprise workloads.
