Project Context
The Stratford Waterfront development is a key part of the wider regeneration efforts within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park area. This vibrant new cultural and educational hub is transforming Stratford into a dynamic destination, linking innovation, arts, and higher education.
As a comprehensive mixed-use scheme, Stratford Waterfront will house significant institutions, including the UAL London College of Fashion, Sadlers Wells, new BBC studios, V&A Museum and residential units, contributing to the cultural landscape of East London.
V&A East Museum is one part of an ambitious program of multi-site developments from the V&A. The original museum in South Kensington is the world’s largest museum of decorative arts and design, housing a permanent collection of more than 2.8 million objects, books, and archives.
