Brockton Everlast’s vision for The Dovetail Building is to create the “office of the future,” combining exemplary sustainability with advanced occupant wellness. Located in the City of London, the 23-storey building incorporates innovative demand-controlled ventilation, thermal storage, and heat pump technologies to achieve “better than benchmark” operational and embodied carbon levels. A robust and scalable digital infrastructure underpins the development, delivering high-speed connectivity through secure wired and wireless networks that meet the needs of modern corporate and residential users.
Physical and cyber security are integral, featuring biometric and keycard access controls, comprehensive CCTV coverage, integrated alarm systems, and regular physical penetration testing to validate resilience. Designed around the principles of efficiency, flexibility, and wellbeing, The Dovetail Building establishes a new benchmark for intelligent, sustainable, and secure workplaces at the heart of London’s evolving urban and digital landscape.
